Billing and Renewal:
Payments are accepted via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket for a 30-day subscription period. This period starts on the payment date and continues for 30 days. After this period, your access will expire, and only free trial tools will be available.
If you do not wish to continue the subscription, inform us before the next billing cycle.
Verification Process:
To prevent misuse by spammers or malicious users, we follow a verification process.
Service Uptime:
We do not guarantee 24/7 uptime for all tools. Since these are shared accounts, occasional access limits may arise, though these are rare.
Package Changes:
You cannot change, add, or remove tools during the current subscription month. Changes can be made when the next subscription period begins.
Refund Policy:
No refunds are provided under any circumstances. As we offer a group-buy tool sharing service, maintaining consistent uptime can be challenging. However, we strive to deliver maximum uptime. If you experience downtime, please contact support, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Exception:
A refund may be issued if a single tool you purchased does not work for more than 3 days. We also offer replacement tools to help maintain your workflow.

We reserve the right to modify or remove beta/testing tools. No support is available for these tools, as they are under testing. Purchasing a subscription solely for beta tools is at your own risk, as uptime and refunds are not guaranteed for them.
Unstable Tools:
Some tools listed in our packages may be marked as unstable (i.e., they may not work consistently). There is no uptime or support guarantee for these tools due to potential account bans or restrictions from the official websites.
