- If you buy a domain and hosting for a year but don’t use it, does GoDaddy refund you?
- If you sign up for Shopify, don’t add products or run ads, but keep paying the subscription, will Shopify refund you?
The same logic applies to Bdseotools.com. When you choose to purchase our service, we deliver what we promise, giving you full access to the tools. This is a shared service for group-purchasing resources, so refunds are not applicable for those reasons.
Service Nature
Our service differs from traditional ones because it is a shared group-buy service. Maintaining uptime and performance comes with challenges, but we work hard to provide the best service possible. Our goal is to make you a lifelong loyal customer.
If you experience any issues, please reach out to us via support. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If a tool is not working, submit a support request. In cases where tool access is suspended by the provider, it may take up to 48 hours to reactivate it.
Refund Policy Exception
We do offer refunds for single tool purchases if the tool doesn’t work for more than 3 days. To initiate a refund, submit a request via our ticket system or contact us through live chat.
