This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between you ("User") and BD SEO Tools ("Service Provider") for the use of our SEO tools group buy service.

By using our services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below.

Service Description

BD SEO Tools provides group buy access to premium SEO tools at reduced prices. This is a shared service where multiple users access the same premium accounts.

We reserve the right to change the prices and validity of our services at any time. We can remove or add products based on availability in the Advanced plan, mega plan, pro plan, lite plan, video plan, content plan.

User Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of account credentials
• Use tools only for legitimate business purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not share accounts with others
• Use consistent IP addresses from your location
• Report any technical issues promptly

Prohibited Activities

Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of this agreement. Suspensions may be temporary or permanent based on the severity of the violation.

Reasons for permanent suspension include:

• Repeated policy violations after warnings
• Account sharing or multiple location usage
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Abusive behavior towards staff
• Threats of chargebacks or disputes

No refunds will be provided for accounts suspended due to policy violations.

Payment Terms

Payments are processed through secure payment gateways. All prices are in BDT unless otherwise specified. Subscription fees are non-refundable after the 24-hour satisfaction period.

Limitation of Liability

BD SEO Tools is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

Agreement Modification

We reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
